These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all digital training materials, online courses, and assessment platforms provided by Precision Helidecks (“Precision Helidecks”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) via our website or affiliated platforms.

By purchasing or accessing any of our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Refund Policy.

1. ELIGIBILITY
By enrolling in our online courses, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old or legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement in South Africa.
• The information you provide at registration is true and complete.

2. COURSE ACCESS AND DURATION
Upon successful payment and course activation:
• You will be granted access to the course material for a period of 21 calendar days.
• The 21-day period begins immediately upon access being granted, regardless of whether you log in or begin the course.
• You must complete all learning modules and successfully pass the final exam within the 21-day access window.
• A Certificate of Completion will only be issued if you pass the final exam within this time.
• Access will automatically expire after 21 days and cannot be extended unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Precision Helidecks.

3. NO SHARING OR REDISTRIBUTION
All course content—including videos, documents, graphics, quizzes, and exams—is the exclusive intellectual property of Precision Helidecks. By enrolling, you agree:
• Not to share, resell, distribute, or reproduce any course materials.
• Not to share login credentials with any third party.
• Not to download or screen-record course content unless explicitly permitted.
Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

4. PAYMENTS AND PRICING
• All pricing is in United States Dollars (USD),regardless of your country of residence.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase through our secure online checkout.
• You are responsible for any applicable foreign exchange fees, card charges, or bank transfer costs imposed by your payment provider.
Precision Helidecks reserves the right to adjust course pricing or run promotions at its sole discretion.

5. REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of digital course delivery, no refunds will be granted once access to course materials has been provided.
Refunds may only be considered before access is granted, and must meet the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy below.

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are solely responsible for:
• Managing your time and completing the course within the 21-day access period.
• Ensuring you have a stable internet connection and compatible device to access the platform.
• Taking the required exam and achieving a passing score within the access window.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Precision Helidecks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our platform, content, or services.

8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

9. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to revise these Terms and our Refund Policy at any time. The most current version will be published on our website and will apply from the date of posting.
