1. NO REFUNDS AFTER ACCESS IS GRANTED
Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital content delivery:
- No refunds will be issued once access to the course materials has been granted, regardless of how much of the course is completed or whether the course is accessed at all.
2. LIMITED PRE-ACCESS REFUND POLICY
A refund may be considered only if:
- You have not been granted access to the course content.
- Your written request is received within 3 calendar days of purchase.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed in USD via the original payment method, minus any transaction or processing fees.
3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund (prior to course access only),contact us at:

Include:
- Full name
- Email address used for registration
- Order number
- Reason for refund request
4. CHARGEBACKS
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first:
- Your access to all course content will be permanently revoked.
- We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and may pursue recovery of associated legal or administrative costs.
5. ACCESS EXPIRY
- Access to your course is available for 21 calendar days from the moment access is granted.
- After 21 days, your access will automatically expire and you will no longer be able to complete the course or take the exam.
- Extensions will not be granted unless explicitly approved by Precision Helidecks in writing.
6. COMPLETION CERTIFICATES
Certificates of Completion are issued only upon:
- Completion of all course modules.
- Successful passing of the required final exam (80%) within the 21-day access period.
